Payment is collected securely on WhatsApp after we confirm your order. We accept UPI, QR code, bank transfer and payment links. We do not collect any payment on the website.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed and shipped only after payment is confirmed. Tamil Nadu deliveries take 2–5 days and the rest of India 4–8 days. Tracking is shared with you on WhatsApp.

Are your masalas really preservative-free?

Yes. We never add preservatives, artificial colours or fillers. Everything is freshly ground in small batches and packed only after you order, so it stays aromatic and pure.

What is the shelf life?

For best flavour, use within 4–6 months of opening. Store in a cool, dry place and keep the pack tightly sealed after each use.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes — orders above ₹1,599 qualify for free delivery. For smaller orders, a flat ₹100 shipping fee applies.

As these are food products, they are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. However, we happily offer a replacement if you receive a wrong, damaged or missing item — just report it within 24 hours on WhatsApp.
